Great with Davis vision ins. Very thorough eye exam, big selection of eyeglasses, prompt turnaround time, easy appointment scheduling, easy location near blue & orange lines, DV insurance taken and values are decent. to pairs for reading $49.

Rude Staff/Bad Vibe. The staff here are rude. While waiting several minutes for my appointment, I witnessed several customers being bowled over by one of the staff person who could not get over their need to adopt "the current fashion trends", and another customer service associate refusing to price out a few pairs of glasses for a lady concerned about the bottom line. I was early for my appointment, and the receptionist was actually friendly and thanked me for being there on time. The optometrist on the other hand took the chart of the person with an appointment before me and asked me to follow her, when I said that wasn't me, she rolled her eyes and asked if I even had an appointment. She then addressed the receptionist as if she was a complete idiot and asked if she could manage to get the charts right for once. Meanwhile, the customer she had the chart for was standing there waiting to be served. The optometrist brought the customer in, and when she asked a few questions I could actually overhear her loud sarcastic comments. So uncalled for! Needless to say, who needs to deal with such persnickety folks? I walked out.
