Dissappointed. Dissappointed:

I enjoy the food here and have been happy with the service until today. I brought in guests- a total of 8 and halfway through our visit, one guest forgot her cellphone in the bathroom. A staff walked into the bathroom as she was walking out. On reaching the table, she realized she had left her phone and immediately went back only to find it gone. We tried to call the phone and it rang once, then it was turned off. Our attempt to have the manager announce the loss through the public system was ignored more than once and when she eventually did it, it was in a dismissive way. I understand that she did not want to disturb the guests but I have never heard any guest complain about the birthday (& other) announcements that are so common here. The lack of concern and the dismissive way in which they treated us makes it unlikely that they will see me again any time soon.

Tender prime rib and ribeye steaks at half of steak house prices. Very good salads. Must call ahead to put your number in the reservation line.. This is my husband's favorite restaurant and is where we go to get a fix on meats. The prime rib and ribeyes are better than other restaurants and are almost as tender as those in fancy steak houses, but with about 1/2 the steak house price. Also good are the salads, baked sweet potatoe, and steak fries. Surprisingly the BBQ ribs and the burgers are inferior to other restaurants. Be aware that the BBQ chicken and ribs plate is served with chicken breast, and not 1/2 of a chicken. Finally ,desserts are huge and are very satifying. Try the Big-Ol Brownie (warmed, served with vanilla ice-cream). It would be better if the menu changed a bit.

ok food. I have been to Texas Road house a couple of times and the food is awesome. The rolls with cinnamon butter are awesome and the salads are great. Tonight we just went for drinks. They were good. When we got our check we were charged for the flavor of the drinks?!?! WHAT? A dollar per drink for flavor?!?! Im already being charged for a drink why are they adding the extra dollar per drink?!??!?!? I DONT THINK ILL B GOING THERE AGAIN.

Texas--themed barbecue chain provides carnivores with a family-friendly spot for a hand-cut steak or rack of tender ribs.. In Short
With dozens of locations spread across most of the country, this faux-roadhouse chain has become a dependable spot for families in search of a casual spot for affordable steaks and down-home comfort fare. The playful menu is dotted with kid-friendly titles (chicken "critters," "road kill" chopped sirloin) and options (add caramel and marshmallow to a baked sweet potato for a dollar). In-house hand-cut steaks come in a plethora of cuts and sizes.

This place rules!. Hands down, the best steakhouse around in Boston outside of the pricey steakhouses in Boston, without the pretentiousness. The Roadhouse offers steak the size of a poodle depending on which cut you want. The baby back ribs are lovely - covered in great BBQ sauce, and indeed, fall off the bone good. The ribeye has such a nice flavor to it.

Easily the best house salad I've ever had...seriously (be sure to order it with everything on it - cheese, eggs, you name it, it's on there). And of course, that warm bread with the cinnamon butter everyone raves about.

If you're going to go, be sure to call ahead on the weekends - at least two hours in advance (they're always packed - which is a pretty good sign to it's quality). Be prepared for a loud place, but this place is best in groups anyway. A fun night out, and I would find it hard to believe if anyone here had left unsatisfied.

User review by santav. From start to finish this restaurant has it all. The bread with that warm cinnamon butter is worth the trip itself. I didn't even like ribs until I had a full slab of those tender ribs at the roadhouse. The sweet potato with all the fixin's is one of the best things I've ever put into my mouth. The only criticism I have is the coctails which don't contain much alcohol, which I guess is the case most places when you order mixed drinks. Definitely don't sleep on this place even though its out there in location a bit. You can't lose here.

User review by sw29. The bread is worth the trip to Roadhouse. For those of you that like beginning-of-the-meal perks such as peanuts, warm bread and cinammon butter, as well as some of the best side house salads I've ever had, this is the place for you. Also, their smothered chicken is delicious. Besides the sometimes long waits (call ahead if you can) and the loud atmosphere, this restaurant is OUTSTANDING.

Amazing bread.. If there's one thing that draws you back its the dinner rolls they serve you when you walk in. Although I'm not too crazy about the loud atmosphere and the peanut shells all over the floor, they have good food.

Great place for steak!. The bread they give you here was like "melt in your mouth goodness". I ordered the sirlion steak here and was pleasantly surprised. They steak was cooked perfectly with the right amount of seasoning and it was so affordable. My husband had the ribs. It was good but not the best. But for the price, we can't complain.
