It was a real find in Franklin, which I hardly know at all. As I got out of the car, the most delicious aroma met me. It's a charming tiny Italian place with additional seating upstairs. I had a sandwich made from pork rolled with various things, covered with rosemary and grilled (the aroma that was so wonderful). All the food looked incredible and I took home some ricotta cheese with fried zuccini for dinner. You can tell it is all really truly homemade food.
The only thing is that it is dirty and that keeps me from rating it "highly recommended". The floor was dirty and as I paid I could see behind the counter and corners, under the stove, etc., were fairly filthy. What a shame! I hope they clean up because I'd like to go back every time I go to Franklin!
