Great Move

Our family has had 3 fantastic moving experiences with Eagle. Everything from our meetings with Tai to the final box coming off the truck went smoothly. The foreman was excellent and the men worked very hard.

Eagle Van Lines Sucks!

I hired Eagle Van Lines to conduct an out-of-state move from Massachusetts to Florida. I was initially told my items will arrive within a week, a week later I called and was told the truck has not left Massachusetts yet. I called the company and was interrupted in the middle of my story to be told " I should have packed more wisely" in regards to urgency of receiving my items.

Every time I call I am met with dead air silence when requesting my items and the General Manager is such an unpleasant character; he is rude and calls you by your first name in an insulting manner. Many of the workers there are disrespectful and hangs up often in customers' faces. This business is unprofessional, lacks customer service skills, and only cares for your money,they don't even care for your business. This company is truly a joke!

Flawless moving experience

I moved with Eagle Van Lines yesterday and had a flawless experience. The movers arrived on time, quickly worked through the paperwork with me, and then began the move without delay. They wrapped every single item very well including some that were very large and awkwardly shaped. I had complete faith after watching them empty the apartment that everything would survive the move in the original condition. As they were nearing the end the movers remembered to ask me about two items in the basement that I had mentioned earlier but entirely forgot. I appreciate this attention to detail.

Communication prior to the move was prompt and efficient, everything was very clearly explained, and every staff member I dealt with was courteous.

I would use this moving company again and recommend it highly.

Great service and exceptional workers

I have used Eagle Van Lines twice - Once from a move from RI to MA and another time within MA. As most of my family is based in the Midwest it's impossible to have them help with a move and I certainly could not do it on my own. It was great to rely on Eagle to get this done.

Eagle Lines was on-time, prompt with the move out and move in, and took care of all my items. I had the same team help me move both times and they were professional and friendly. They also quoted me an accurate move price and one time charged me less than the quote! This is an honest company.

I've already recommended them to multiple friends and would suggest anyone looking for a seamless move contact them.

Nationwide quoted me 3 times what you guys did and tried to convince me that Eagle Lines would screw me over. Well they never did! You guys were true to your word all the way and my delicate paintings arrived in excellent condition. Thanks!
