Best Moving Company EVER!! Just BOOK with them!

Since 2004 I have used Mercury Moving and Storage 3 times. Each time I have had excellect service. The first time I used them I chose them blindly from their website because the information I needed was all there - it was straightforward and included pricing. No other companies did that at that time. I called expecting to leave a message because it was in the evening, and Gary answered and took care of all my questions and was very patient. I found out later that he and Jessica who I have spoken with throughout the other moves are the owners! They care TRULY CARE about what happens with your move. The movers themselves are outstanding. Every Mercury Moving and Storage person that I have spoken to or has done my moves has been professional, patient and excellent movers!!! BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE! They are outstanding! My last move (hopefully my very last move) was from Massachusetts to Florida. I had plans to use a PODS unit and had hired a PODS recommended mover who completely left me high and dry a week before my move. Completely distraught I emailed Mercury at 9PM on a weeknight. Within minutes I had a message from Jessica who came to the rescue immediately. I cannot say enough about this company and the caring people that own it and work there. I am so appreciative!

Mercury Moving = New England's Awesomest Movers

Once again, Mercury Moving proved to be the best option.

This time we were in a pickle- needed furniture moved outta our place to make room for a new piece due to arrive sooner than expected.

They not only found a way to squeeze us in, they did so at a price that beat out the competition, and the movers took great care of our furniture (shrink wrapped and then tended to it like a newborn.)

Jessica and Garry are all class, all the time, and their moving crews are as well.

Great Experience!

I have moved 3 times in the last 10 years and wanted to try a new moving company...so I took a chance on Mercury Movers. Santiago, Jose and Melvin were outstanding! They arrived on-time, were very polite and extremely careful with every single item! We walked around and did an initial inventory, I made a few comments about some items, and Santiago listened... :) What a treat! It was a long day but they made it sooo worry-free. I have never been so relaxed about a move before.

I would be remiss if I did not also mention how prompt Jessica replied to my initial quote request...and how easy she was to work with via e-mail, even checking alternative move dates. Booking was a snap. She was awesome...sent an e-mail the night before just to confirm they were coming...and followed up to ensure I was happy. Jessica was excellent!

I highly recommend using Mercury. I promised myself 10 years ago I would never move myself again...and companies like this, make keeping that promise easy!

Great service!

Mercury Moving was recommended to me for my recent move from Cambridge to Natick - it was the least stressful move I've ever had. Jessica, the owner, was very helpful and always available for any questions I had prior to the move. The moving guys were great - very fast and courteous. They took great care of my things and everything was moved without incident. They are not cheap, but I feel their price was reasonable and surprisingly less expensive than Gentle Giant. If you want great service at a competitive price, you should definitely consider Mercury Movers!

Zero hassle moving

These guys did an amazing job packing and moving me and my family. There is a husband and wife who own the business. They were both willing to speak with me anytime I called and were always helpful and knowledgeable. The movers were amazing too - I was so nervous about my glassware collection. Not one thing broke. The final cost was even under the estimate. I would recommend Mercury in a heartbeat. Thanks!!!
