I just moved into my new apartment last weekend, and used Mercury Moving for the third time. Each time, I'm more and more impressed with how easy they make the moving process! Jessica in their main office is so helpful and always available to answer questions. And every mover I've met from there is friendly, professional, and FAST. They're such hard workers - always on time, and always get the job done in less time than I expect. Plus, their prices are incredibly reasonable for this area, especially for the care that they take with fragile items, furniture, etc. I recommend this company to anyone I meet who is looking for movers. This company is truly the best!

Mercury Moving moved us from New York to Acton, MA recently and we can’t say enough good things about their service. They planned and communicated very effectively. The crew was efficient, professional and courteous. The rates and charges were clear and reasonable - great value. We highly recommend them!

I just want to say thanks to Jessica, Garry, and the guys for making my move stress free. Everything went smooth and the guys were great. They showed up on time and once I showed them what needed to be done, the guys got to work like a well oiled machine. All of my items were wrapped from being scratched or damaged. Everything went smooth and even when we hit a snag (the refrigerator not fitting thru the bulk head door) they took off the doors and reassembled before I could find my tool box. I highly recommend Mercury Moving. Thanks again!

I'm so thankful that someone suggested this company when I was looking for a mover. They exceeded my expectations! They arrived on time and were very meticulous about prepping everything before they loaded the truck. Everything was wrapped - nothing was damaged. They were very mindful of my brand new hardwood flooring - they even helped put felt pads on things before putting them down on the floor. They were very professional. Each of their employees displayed a positive attitude and were fun to be around. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

I just used these guys to move within Charlestown, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were punctual, organized, careful, and great when it came to customer service. I would definitely recommend using this company to a friend or colleague.

The best moving company i have ever used! My wife and I used Mercury Moving for our September 1st move this year. We could not have asked for a better group of people to work with; they we tremendously helpful at every turn, on time (even early), helped me take down a few of my fixtures from the wall with their own tools, fixed my dresser when they were wrapping it!, and were always asking what else they could help with. JUST AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. A++

Best Moving Company EVER!! Just BOOK with them!. Since 2004 I have used Mercury Moving and Storage 3 times. Each time I have had excellect service. The first time I used them I chose them blindly from their website because the information I needed was all there - it was straightforward and included pricing. No other companies did that at that time. I called expecting to leave a message because it was in the evening, and Gary answered and took care of all my questions and was very patient. I found out later that he and Jessica who I have spoken with throughout the other moves are the owners! They care TRULY CARE about what happens with your move. The movers themselves are outstanding. Every Mercury Moving and Storage person that I have spoken to or has done my moves has been professional, patient and excellent movers!!! BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE! They are outstanding! My last move (hopefully my very last move) was from Massachusetts to Florida. I had plans to use a PODS unit and had hired a PODS recommended mover who completely left me high and dry a week before my move. Completely distraught I emailed Mercury at 9PM on a weeknight. Within minutes I had a message from Jessica who came to the rescue immediately. I cannot say enough about this company and the caring people that own it and work there. I am so appreciative!

Mercury Moving = New England's Awesomest Movers. Once again, Mercury Moving proved to be the best option.

This time we were in a pickle- needed furniture moved outta our place to make room for a new piece due to arrive sooner than expected.

They not only found a way to squeeze us in, they did so at a price that beat out the competition, and the movers took great care of our furniture (shrink wrapped and then tended to it like a newborn.)

Jessica and Garry are all class, all the time, and their moving crews are as well.
