just plain horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a good haircut. I got there on time for my appointment but I had to wait around for half an hour because the stylists didn't show up that day or something. So I had to wait around for someone to have a free moment to cut my hair. I told her (I wish I could remember her name) that I wanted to cut my hair really short and she told me that it wouldn't look good (or she didn't want to waste her time) so she trimmed my hair in about 5 minutes and asked if I wanted to have it naturally dry or have it blown dry. I told her I wanted it blown dry but it was her choice so she said I should have it naturally dry. So I paid someone 30 something dollars to cut my hair and leave the store with wet hair. It was a horrible haircut because it didn't even look like she did anything. Oh and she also caught her comb on my earring and told me in a nasty voice that I should have told her I had on earrings. And she also tripped and fell on me.

Bad coloring job, burned hair, unattentive hairstylist. My fault ,. I forgot that you have to explain everything down to minute details to hairstylist. Otherwise you would get his version of a haircut.

I think they terribly overbook on Weekends. They don't have time for their clients and only talk to each other instead of to their clients.

Because of constantly being distructed by each as well as trying to handle 3 clients at once they do poor job. I would not exaggerate by saying that I have gotten the worst haircut of my life their. Coloring is another horror story I have no energy to write about.

It?s not the money that I paid It?s the depressed mood that these amateurs put me into for a month.

I strongly advise against using this salon for anything other than trimming job.

Best waxing and threading in Boston!!!. Leeba Salon in comm ave has the best waxing and threading in boston and believe me i have been to a number of salons. rejina over there has hand as gentle as can be yet she is fast. my appointment was on time and i was in and out of there in like 40 mins. i got my brows threaded and my whole body waxed. she was so gentle i could not believe it. and the best part was that it did not even hurt me. her threading was precise. i look great and i feel great. the price was also good. for a job like that i would not mind paying a lilttle more!

Fabulaous job. You should try the facials there with regina.. I was referred this place by my friend when i was in boston. but since then i have always had a reason to come back to boston. Rejina was great at eveything. i fell asleep as she massaged me....... it was so good and relaxing. even when she waxed...... it was a painless procedure. My eye brows were done perfectly. all in all i had the best time and found a new friend in her.

Snotty attitudes to be left curbside.. Marlene left much to be desired. Her haircuts? Mediocre and BORING--she doesn't listen to you at all--maybe that's b/c she's always on her cell phone. I got a wedding hair trial with her--big mistake but so glad I didn't book her for the actual wedding. I brought in photos, ideas and the veil. She only curled it. Last time I checked it was my wedding and you listen to what the paying customer asks for. Dellaria knows how to treat their customers and with that I've been happily going there for a year.

The woman who used to do threading--Pretty? She was great. The new girl is not. Uneven brows? No thanks. Rude receptionist? You betcha.

Comm Ave location = TERRIBLE hair cut. My hair experience at the Comm Ave location was terrible! The receptionist was rude and the salon and employees came off as unprofessional (what they wore, how they socialized amongst themselves, etc.). My stylist, Zena, took me to wash my hair before even bothering to look at my hair in its dry state to see how it was shaped and how I wanted it cut. She washed my hair with cold water, was very rough in washing, brushing, and drying it (my neck is still sore!), and did the absolute opposite of what I requested. I simply wanted a trim to get rid of split ends and even out my hair. She took literally 30 seconds to cut it (only trimmed the bottom of my hair, ignoring all the layers I have) and when I asked her to cut the split ends off ALL my layers, not just the longest layer, she argued with me about it. After she dried my hair I showed her all the split ends that remained and she haphazardly cut them off (with my hair dry), and told me that next time we will put layers in. THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME! Although there was no one in the salon (this should have been my clue not to go in...) Zena seemed like she wanted to rush me out of there. I urge you to save your looks, time, and money and go elsewhere.

Go to GEORGE!. I've been going to George on Comm Ave for 5 years now- cheated on him once (while vacationing in hawaii) and will never do it again. He has taken me from black to blonde and every variation in between absolutely effortlessly. It's incredibly cheap and all of my friends rave about their blowouts for days after. Lastly, I do like attention (!) but the amount one receives on exiting, borders upon embarrassing- one looks photo shoot ready. Love this place, especially love George :)

Worst Haircut Ever. Worst experience at salon. The girl ruined my hair. I seriously don't recommend going there or to any of there salons. They also had really bad service. I was on time and keep me waiting for half an hour.
