Norman O'Grady and Prime Realty Group help my wife and me when we're looking to move from Westborough to the Brighton area. Norman was extremely knowledgeable of Brighton and the surrounding communities. He took the time to fully understand what was important to us in our search and to locate houses that best fit our criteria. His understanding of marketing conditions help us in determining the communities and price ranges we should focus on and in determining our offer price in getting our ideal house. Norman’s strengths are being 100% accessible, strong ethics, his deep knowledge of the many Boston neighborhoods, an abundance of client patience, great sense of humor (delivered when needed most) and his strong network of lenders, attorney’s and inspection contractors. Every professional recommended and utilized by my daughter was very customer service oriented, thorough and worked with a sense of urgency to ensure the timely closing. My wife and I have worked with Bill from Prime before when we purchased our condo back in 2004 and now a house in 2012. Bill has helped us avoid several pitfalls and took his time to make sure that we understand how the real estate market works.
