feel like your in someones basement. Terrible, feel like you are in someones basement at their house. It is small, not relaxing and overpriced. It takes forever to get anything done because, like I said, you feel like you are at someones house, and they are taking their sweet time. I get my hair done in less time than it takes to do a stupid manicure. Not professional at all, worst services ever. The main lady is nice but there was another woman there who was rude and delivered terrible customer service. If you want to have your feet done in big bowls with luke warm water and get charged a fortune... go, pay, but please, with 100's of spas and beautiful places, why would you go there? It's really a long, taxing, not relaxing, experience. I suggest doing your own nails...
