After looking at many places for an intensive summer language course, I chose the Boston Language Institute. I wish I never had. After going to the first class, I realized it was not for me--we basically just read through the chapters of the book (something I can do on my own and do not have to pay close to $2000 for). I asked for a refund and after trying to be coerced by the manager there to take another course (how many times to I have to say "NO!"?) I was told it would be 30 days before I would receive it. Fine. It has now been over 30 days and I have not received the refund! I am in the process of trying to get this back. Please go to a community college or somewhere else for language instruction. The BLI may have flexible hours but it is not worth the headache!
