I recently hired Baystate Wildlife to help with a bat problem in our home. I called during a busy time of year for pests, but I received a return call within 15 minutes. I explained the situation and someone from the company came out by the end of that same day. Fantastic! They explained how the bats got into our house and even pointed out areas that were likely to be in/out spots for the bats. Upon examination of the rest of the property, they also pointed out areas near the ground that might provide easy access for other pests. I already had a few estimates prior to their arrival, but found them to be the most professional of the companies that came out to the house. They offered me a competitive reasonable price and began work immediately. Before they could exclude the bats they had to treat a large stinging insect situation. They promised to return in three days to finish the job. They arrived as promised and did an excellent job. Within two days all bats were gone! They promised to return in a month to remove the bat doors which they did. They provided me a good guarantee and were very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone with a wildlife problem!

These guys are THE people to hire for your (animal) pest problem! They are professional and quickly respond to customer calls. Unlike other companies in this field, (who never call you back) these guys (Sean & Mark) follow up and they follow through, and get results!.... I hired Baystate WM last spring to rid my mother's two family home in Brighton that had a raccoon family in the attic. The guys came to the house, humanely trapped the raccoons in no time at all, and that what that, no more raccoon problem! Baystate WM is the way to go. My advice - hire them. You'll be happy you did and they'll get rid of your pests, fast.

Sean and crew just evicted the smartest suburban Racoon in greater Boston from my Chimney--had her babies in the furnace side and camped out on the fireplace side. Baystate is definitely best choice for removing Racoons!

If you want your pests to be gone you HAVE to hire Baystate Wildlife Managment. I have a two family home that had squirells and they rid them of my home in 2008 and the squirells have never returned. We currently have a mouse issue and who do you think I call....Baystate Wildlife Management!! They were at my doorstop the same day I called. Service is fantastic. They are very through in their search of where the pests are coming in and they stand behind their work 100%. Honest Company!! We will use them again and again with all our properties.

This company and the guys are VERY good at what they do. I've used them twice at two different properties and would recommend them to anyone. (I had flying Squirrels @ one home & Red Squirrels @ another) They're knowledge, pricing, response time and guarantee are unmatched in their field.

Outstanding Service. Several months ago my husband and I heard something in the attic (in hindsight we are guessing a flying squirrel) and I contacted Baystate Wildlife. Mark Duncan was here the same day I called, did a thorough inspection, ran a couple of tests and offered us several options for proofing and protecting our house. We realized that whatever was getting in the attic was entering through a hole created by a woodpecker. Once we determined that something was repeatedly trying to come in, I had Mark come back and he thoroughly proofed the house, fixed up the holes created by the woodpecker and put on a chimney cap. All of his work was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. However, the part of the job that has most impressed my husband and I is the follow-up. Since then we have had two occasions when we needed Mark to come back (for a persistent woodpecker). Each time he has promptly responded to me, come back to our house and dealt with the new issue. To me, that is impeccable service and something I will highly recommend to others. In this economy, we all need services that are worth the money we spend and Mark has proven that the money we invested with Baystate Wildlife was worth its weight in gold.

Great service. Awesome service, had another company come and take care of a bat problem for me, I chose them because they were cheaper than Baystate. BIG mistake, the bats never left, but Baystate came and took care of it, best of all, they understood that i had just spent a lot of money on another company, and Baystate did the work at a HUGE discount!!

Run, Don't Walk. Paid them $1200 to be bat free and they have not been able to do that. I have to chase/haunt them to come back again and again.
