Great Decoration, Horrible Cake. While the decoration of the cake was excellent the cake itself left a lot to be desired. I can not understand how a professional baker with the reputation that Chef Ansler has could actually let a cake leave he shop that was burnt and dry. It was the only disappointing part of my wife's 35th birthday party.
