Best real estate agent and awesome service

Barry has been a great agent for my family. If you're looking for an agent who does not drive you crazy or pushing on a sale, Barry is the person. He's taking a time to listen every concern we had. Since we're first time home buyer, he explained in detail procedures from mortgage, closing cost, finding lawyer, etc.
He really have a broad knowledge in real estate. Furthermore, he's a licensed contractor; therefore, if you have any questions about type of floor(wood/Carpet), electrical wiring, etc, he'll answer your questions easily.
Last but not least, he's really a great person. Since we need to buy furnitures for our home, we need to take pictures of our home and need to do some measurements. Barry personally accompany us, bring his own camera, and helped us in taking the pictures. Then, he bring his measurement, and measure the room for us as well. He's just great. Our family really recommend Barry to anyone who want to purchase real estate. Definitely we'll look for him when the time comes to purchase or sell another real estate.
