Installations Plus tiled our Master Bath and we are extremely pleased with their work. The tile installers were very neat and tidy and did great tile work. They were on time and the owner was there to answer any questions that we had. Overall great experience and we will be using them again for upcoming renovation projects in our home.

Overall poor experience. In the 6 days that workmen came to my house, I only saw supervisor once (on day 1), for a total of 5 minutes. For 2 days, I was left with workers who spoke no English. Edge tiles were not installed as I specifically requested, and the "fix" left an uneven line. Towel bar, once installed, was crooked. I left 3 messages to speak with supervisor, and not one of my calls was returned. When I called to inform them of this, and to ask a question about my bill, I was treated with disrespect, and I was not once offered an apology that my calls had not been returned. Given the poor customer service that I received from this company, I do not feel comfortable recommending their services.
