great new service !!!. I absolutely love isabellas in franklin !! The food is delicious and the new faces are a breath of fresh air..the prices couldnt be better and the service is great best deli around

One of my favorites.
I have been going to Isabella's for years and it is one of my favorite delis in the area. In the summer, I will often get sandwiches to take with me on hiking trips or picnics. Seating is limited, but if the weather is nice, they do have picnic tables outside.
I'll continue to visit Isabella's for years to come.

WHY BOTHER???? NORTH END DELI PLAINVILLE IS WAAAY BETTER! (15min away). i have gone to isabella's about three times. the service each time has been the same LESS THAN FRIENDLY. almost like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. not to mention the person waiting on you is the one to answer the phone, and that phone takes priority. for example my HOT food sat on the counter as i was waiting to be rung up...BUT..the phone rang, so of instead of telling the caller to hold, i had to stand there for FIVE minutes while my food got cold, so they could take a huge order. the food is mediocre at best. the meatballs they use can NOT be home made, they have an odd texture and are very greasy. the eggplant parm is overcooked and greasy and just., well, YUCK-O! last night was the final straw with a pizza i ordered. i orderd half plain and half two toppings. of course when i get home its ALL plain, so i have a huge plain pizza..so i called and was rudely told 'we can send you a gift certificate for the 2 dollars and fifty cents for the toppings'. no apology and it was like it was my fault and i was bothering them. I WILLFROM NOW ON MAKE THE 15 MINUTE DRIVE TO NORTH END DELI IN PLAINVILLE IF I WANT ITALIAN FOOD. THEY ARE EXCEPTIONAL -overly nice: they have offered to carry my bags to the car when i was carrying my toddlers. they also use boars head meats and the food is yum-o. SKIP ISABELLAS AND GO ELSEWHERE!
