Good spot!. Love the new outdoor patio and the beer selection is top notch. A nicer out of the way place in East Cambridge, but doesn't try to do too much. Food is pretty good, haven't had too much to really grade. Staff beer and atmosphere can't miss.

Citysearch Editorial Review. Atwood’s has the look of a garden-variety, Irish-tinged pub--with its slew of taps anchoring a snaking bar, a small stage for live music and plentiful doses of dark wood--but this East Cambridge nightlife staple reveals itself to be a step above. Some clues: a congenial staff armed with enthusiastic beer suggestions, a fearless following by local young professionals, and a sleeper sophisticated pub menu that includes a quiche of the day (duck and chevre, perhaps), local mussels studded with Genoa salami, and a satisfyingly sloppy chili-topped all-beef hot dog. Though the finely curated brew list is a clear draw, the wine selection and cocktail list are up to snuff for any discerning drink geek.

Best pub for wine drinkers. Atwood's offers the comforts of a staple neighborhood bar. Dim lighting, chill crowd, comfort food, and good music (live band). The grub is everything from light eats like a hummus plate and nachos to a thick meatloaf sandwich and creamy mac 'n cheese.The best part for me is the wine list featuring quality sippers from around the globe. I prefer drinking wine when out and can't always find a decent glass at the pubs in the area, but Atwood's delivers. Finally I can enjoy a drink with my beer drinking crew!

Great Atmosphere!. Awsome food! The people who own it and work there are all very nice. Free live music! It has a very safe, friendly & fun atmosphere.
