Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

great place for the $$. Stayed the 1st weekend of April '06, booked by a friend of ours since we didn't know the Boston area & downtown Boston hotels are so expensive. Turned out to be very cute place. Right on MIT's campus, near the Red Line, easy to get to Boston via car. The room was big w/the bathroom like a bathroom in a house, very nice and different from "hotel bathrooms" that i'm very sick and tired of. The sheets were SOOOOO very soft that i didn't want to get out of bed! complimentary breakfast was awesome. variety of yogurts, parfait, bacon, pancakes, coffee, juices, teas, etc. Very small resturant/eating area but very cute. If you're looking for a "home away from home" kind of place to stay, the Kendall Hotel is the place to stay while in Boston. I would go back 100% when I go back to visit friends.

WOW! excellent location. We stayed at the Kendall from July 14th-18th had a wonderful stay the location is AWESOME about 50 yards away from the "T" Red Line which will take you either into Downtown Boston or over to Harvard Square. A block away from the Charles River perfect location walking as well.

Our room was spacious (2 14 year-old girls and 2 adults) we stayed in a room with 2 queen sized beds, not much noise Hotel is located pratically on MIT campus. Offers complimentary breakfast buffet every morning (that was just okay) it consisted of Coffee, Orange Juice, Sausage, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Scones, Breakfast Potatoes, Yogurt & SlicedFresh Fruit. Housekeeping staff were Excellent. Linens are DIVINE. We will definately return. If your stay is on the weekend, we parked next door behind the bank and didn't pay for parking the ENTIRE weekend.
