Hydrafacials at the laser skin center are the best. I had my first one last december and ever since I've recommended it to two of my friends who also loved it.. Rene is great!!



They use the machine for exfoliation, serum pumping and extraction. When a pore is clogged deeply they do manual extraction. My skin is not agitated afterwards, it's very smooth and radiant.. I obviously stopped getting facials elsewhere.

I have gone to the Laser Skin Center for the past year. Marlena and Nicole have both helped me through a variety of laser treatments and I have seen great results all around. I normally have very sensitive skin, but I have never had a bad reaction from the lasers used. They are both gentle and effective. The rooms are always clean and my appointments are an extremely pleasant experience. The location is fantastic and there are always promos going on (I've gotten a number of free treatments this way!). I would definitely recommend the Laser Skin Center for hair removal purposes.

I've been going to the Laser Skin Center for a few years now for various laser treatments, and have had great results! My technician is Nicole, and she is FANTASTIC!!!! I highly recommend working with her.

There a always specials and packages to make the cost more affordable. Cindy has been helpful figuring out the financial end of things and a pleasure to work with. The Laser Skin Center does have a strict cancellation policy, so definitely keep this in mind when scheduling appointments.

Overall the place is very clean, bright and the staff I have dealt with (Nicole) are quite knowledgeable.

nice. Before I saw the doctors at The Laser Skin Center I had severe facial scarring from acne in my teens and early twenties. It was suggested by Dr. Spiegel to have some facial injections and use synthetic collagen. Then Dr. Krausser used a laser to reduce the scars and enlarged pores on my face. While not perfect, the results have been quite remarkable and I really feel better about myself. Thank you(s) to everyone at The Laser Skin Center

Good service. Ingrown beard hairs have always been problem for me and I needed to shave twice a day. Laser hair removal has cured the problem and I'm thrilled with the result. I would recommend the Laser Skin Center to my friends and family."

Best in Boston!. Laser Skin Center is the best in Boston, hands down! I have tried several medical offices prior to treatment at Laser Skin Center, and I can say without a doubt, Cindy and her staff deliver the best results. Medical offices do a number of different types of treatments. All Laser Skin Center does is laser hair removal, so they are pros and know how to get the best results. The staff is extremely professional, and they have developed techniques to basically eliminate pain. The staff is very cautious about proceeding and they do not take any risks. They are always having great promotions as well. Ingrown hairs can be very painful. Waxing salons are not hygienic and time consuming. I truly would not go anywhere else in Boston. Fancy Chestnut Hill dermatologists can learn a thing or two about laser from Cindy and her team!

FInally, don't be discouraged if you have to wait a couple weeks to get in. They are very busy, but that is a good sign, it is worth the wait!

Good job. Overall, I have to say that the Laser Skin Center is a great place, from the check -in to post-treatment. The staff here is very professional and made me feel comfortable at all times.

Really great!. I have had nothing but awesome experiences at the Laser Skin Center. From the moment I decided to try Laser Hair removal, the people have been so professional and made me feel very comfortable. I was a little nervous about trying laser hair removal, but they really have made the experience so great that I've done two different areas and the follow-up treatments. The place has a great feel to it (from their cute waiting room with refreshing lemon water to their great treatment rooms), and they're right on time and really easy to work with and schedule with.

My regularly scheduled appointments have been great (I go to Marlena usually, though the couple of times I went to someone else, they were really nice). I actually had two laser treatments left, but found out I was moving before I could use both of them. While their policy is no refunds or trading, Cindy (the manager), called me personally and really took the time to discuss with me my options and provided me with an option that was perfect for my situation and that I felt was a fair (considering I would have definitely loved to stay to do my two treatments but will have moved before the time of the last).

I feel like the people at the laser skin center really add such a personal touch to their care, which makes their business even more appealing. They're honestly great!

Plus the results have been amazing.
