kind of a ripoff

I had a gift certificate for here and decided to get a facial-what a ripoff-it was $75 & lasted only $35 minutes-I know from experience they are usually an hour to hour and 15 minutes long. I barely had an extraction,I never had a mask, and the neck and shoulder "massage" was over in 2 minutes! Too much money for not enough service. Oh, and the parking was scarce and generally a pain!
- Pros: clean, attractive surroundings
- Cons: parking,length of treatment,pricey
