A MUST Eatery on South Shore. Have been to this establishment many times over past 2 years with friends and family..never disappointed! Love the outside deck in the summertime and the warm fireplace in the winter. Drinks are great with the largest glass of wine on the So.Shore!!! Meals present beautifully. Quality of the food excellent with plenty served. Priced somewhat higher than other local restaurants in the area but you get what you pay for! The table linens and candle light make it a very special night out!

Great environment w/ an ocean view, Good service, Salty food, Too pricey for ok food. Subject states it all. I would go back to have a drink at the bar because the view inside and to the ocean is really nice but never again for the food. I was there w/ 5 others and they had the same review. We tried 3 different apps. and everyone had a different main dish. I did not drink but was told the cocktails were good.

Ambience, Great Service, Delightful Food. The Fairview Inn has the best ocean views on the South Shore. Whether you are enjoying a cocktail and lunch or light supper on the deck in the warm weather, sitting in the bar soaking in the atmosphere before the fireplace in the winter, or having an elegant dinner in the dining rooom, this is a wonderful spot to kick back and relax. Traditional choices like tasty fried clams and onion rings abound, but there is plenty on the menu for meat eaters and vegetarian alike. Also, there's always a selection of specials, appetizers, entrees and lighter fare regardless of where you are seated that will please all budgets. Service is always with a smile. Owners Betty and Paul are nearly always around making sure their guests are enjoying themselves and the operation is running smoothly. There are only a few rooms upstairs at the Inn, but if you have the opportunity to make reservations and stay you won't be disappointed with the sunrise over Massachusetts Bay. Bon appetit.

Great Food and Ambience. Always happy with whatever I order on the menu. Ambience is amazing. Can't wait for the fireplace to spark up!! Service is great.
