Worst Customer Service/Nasty Owner

They failed to acknowledge their ordering mistake. They ordered a gown instead of a tea length dress, (which made no sense as it was for a bridal party with all tea length dresses), and blamed my daughter for their mistake. First they promised to make good on their mistake and after we drove two and half hours for alterations, the owner renegged on her employees promise. She was unbelievably rude and nasty to us as we stood in her store and never even tried to accomodate us. Do not shop here, save yourself from the abuse and aggravation that this establishment dishes out to customers who pay top dollar for their merchandise. Buying these dresses should be stress free and pleasant and this has been torture. We are now forced to go elsewhere for alterations because this owner is not smart enough to put the customer first.

Great place to get a nice gown

I purchased my wedding gown from here in November 2006 and unlike the other posters, I had a great experience. Everyone who helped me was great but I also did not really have to deal too much with Julie, the owner. My salesperson was incredibly nice and super-professional. I was able to get a dress with minimal alterations and I never felt pressured into anything.

That said there were some minor issues with deposits and payments but in the end it was all sorted out. I did not have to worry about my dress not arriving in time or not being ready and when there was a mishap with my veil, they ordered me one that arrived very quickly. I certainly have no complaints and would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a classy dress and nice service.

I cannot speak for the bridesmaid dress experience as we did not purchase our dresses there (they seemed pretty expensive).

Overall I think this place is worth a look as they have beautiful dresses and nice service staff!

Bad Experience

This place was AWFUL to deal with. Their customer service is great until they have the $$ in hand for whatever you purchase. My experience with this lovely shop ended in a screaming match between me and the owner. I've never been yelled at like that before by anyone. I had so many issues with this place (they cancelled 2 fitting appt's and forgot to order my bridesmaid dress) and they were not nice, not helpful and didn't seem to think they did anything wrong. Please do not put yourself through such a headache during such an emotional time and with an emotional purchase. It's not worth it to deal with such an unorganized shop.
