BEWARE!. The place has a very nice atmoshere when you walk in. Very clean and lots of tanning beds. If you've never been there your approached with what they claim to be money saving packages. What they don't tell you is that they expire in a year. I had 3 vistis taken away and each of my visits ended up costing me $25.00 @ in the long run. I asked for a manager and they said that the manager is never there. I asked for the owner and they said the owner comes in 5 minutes a week to drop of towels and pay checks to the young girls that work behind the counter. I was given a piece of paper and pencil to write a letter. That was 4 months ago. I've yet to hear from either one of them. Don't go there. Complete rip off. There are plenty of other tanning salons in Dedham that cost a fraction of Tanorama, and you have no recourse when you have a problem. The place is run by teenagers.
