I would not even give this dealership 1 star. I would give it 0 stars for 0 customer service! Worst customer service I ever had! This dealership has got great selections of cars. I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. The sales person called me and said the vehicle is ready for me to pick up. When I got there, the inside of the vehicle was not cleaned. There were stains in the rear seats and the cupholders were filthy. It looked as if someone's been eating ice cream and left it there to dry. Also, there was only a 1/4 tank of gas left in the vehicle. I asked him, "Aren't you gonna fill it up?" He said, "Sorry what ever is left we can not fill it up." I was heated! Every dealership that I previously bought cars from has filled up the gas tank! So I kept telling them I want my gas tank filled. After 5 minutes he went inside to talk to his manager and gave me a $20 dollar gas slip and went back inside. I was like, you gotta be kidding me! So I went inside and he acted as if I wasn't there. I kept demanding that I wanted my tank filled. He told me theres nothing he can do and that I have to talk to the owner of the dealership about that. So I said let me talk to him and he replies, sorry but he's not here right now and there's nothing we can do. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!! He ended up giving me a $30 dollar gas slip and told me this is the best he can do. I was like whatever and left. I'm never going to refer anyone or go to this dealership ever again!

Pros: Nice Vehicles

Cons: BAD BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would never purchase another car from this dealership. First off, the salesman, Leonardo, didn't have a clue about the car and it's options, which wasn't a big deal, as we knew enough about the car already. He did manage to go into the typical salesman pitch about how we wouldn't be able to find the same car for this price with these options. Mind you, these were all stock options for the base model. No additional options. No need for the BS pitch. Anyway, we were there for the car, not to be sold on it by the salesman. During the process of discussing the numbers, he answers the phone about 15 times in a 30 minute period. We get to the financing details and begin talking about talking about the payments (my girlfriend was buying the car). During multiple occassions he felt the need to butt into our conversation - it's only an extra $7 a month, etc. It took my girlfriend saying 'do you mind if we have a couple minutes to talk about this' for him to give us a chance to decide what is right for her, not for him. She ends up buying the car and he tells us to come back the next day. He drives the car around front and goes through a checklist and says we're all set. No where on the checklist does it say to switch the plates, not that it needs to, should be common sense. I mention it to him, and he goes and grabs a screwdriver, and attempts to hand it to me. If it wasn't for the look I gave him, he would have asked me to do it. I asked him about the gas in the tank - comes back with a response, whatever is in it, is whatever is in it. Ask for the registration - oh, we'll mail that to you in 7 days. No gas, no registration, no inspection sticker. Car dealership customer service at it's finest. 7 days later - no registration. Also, don't be fooled by Auto Mall as we were. It's a small little one room building that tends to make you feel real uncomfortable as you're working out a deal within 3 feet of another customer doing the same.

Pros: Great vehicle selection

Cons: Terrible customer service.
