beware!!. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Words can't express the malpractice which I received from a procedure. After the procedure, there was very little concern for the patient and more concern for the fee for service. The staff were very unplesant and both the doctor and staff were dishonest and hard to believe they lied to me. After the procedure, there was no interest in the patient and the doctor was oblivious to the surgery results which he performed . The staff had attitude towards myself and another patient in the office. Read all the reviews. Beware of all staff members and procedures which the staff perform. The entire office is trying to make big bucks from hard working patients while providing poor care.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!. Dr J Russo has got to be one of the most dishonest people I have ever met. At the consultation he tells you what you want to hear then takes your money(12,000) and does what he wants to do.When I confronted him about what we verbally agreed upon for one of the procedures, he admitted he had no intensions of doing it they way we discussed.So I asked for a partial refund and he kept giving me the runaround and hiding.He also whould not give up my medical files which is illegal.I still do not have them and it has been six weeks.So here we go down the legal route dealing with this Dr. Not to mention some of his staff are a real nightmare. One in particular you dont meet until AFTER you pay the non-refundable deposit. A mean person who thinks she is the Dr. My first post-op I got berated and barked at for feeling pain after six days!Sorry but two major operations will do that to you! They also try to blame you when thing go wrong.The worst experience of my life!



UPDATE:

Its been over six months since my so called dramatic brow lift and augmentation at a grand total of about 12k and I was butchered and stolen from.The brow lift gave me NO changes whatsoever except now I am COCKEYED! Both eyes are are still very saggy except now one eye looks deformed more than the other.It is VERY obvious. As for my augmentation one of my implants has BOTTOMED OUT! It is sagging very bad on one side. Both my eyes and my breasts were symetrical BEFORE I went to this LYING-CHEATING-NASTY office. For both "procedures" to be fixed it will cost me a HUGE 10k!! I had to search far and wide to find a REAL DR. and PROFESSIONAL staff who had the skill set and willingness to fix someone elses botched job. I believe this is partly done on purpose and partly incompetence. When I confronted him the first time he said it would take SEVERAL operations to fix my brows and I would have to pay a fee each time! WHAT? My bottoming out came later. When I finally got my medical records(he even lied about how i got them) it was filled with mostly lies and incomplete medical info. I think from the very beginning they write it up filled with lies for liability reasons as to not make them look like they are at fault.

Not to mention myself and my SO were treated like absolute GARBAGE! I have to pay *10K* to fix this mess!! Luckily people know what's real or NOT on the review sites. I hope this place gets investigated and shut down!!! BEWARE!!!!!

WANT A GREAT SET OF BREASTS THIS IS THE MAN TO SEE!!!. After an extensive amount of research I decided to have my surgery with Dr. Russo and I could not be happier. Everyone had told me if you want great breasts go see Dr. Russo in Newton Ma. So my friend and I set up a consult (we wanted to have our breasts done together). So we arrived and the staff was great very friendly and personable. We only waited about 5 minutes for the Dr. and when he came in he did the both of us together it was so comfortable he explained everything with us we were in there for about an hour he listened to everything we had said and is very layed back, there was not even one point that I felt self conscious. We both booked for a month out to have it done on the same day together. So the day of surgery it went so fast and smooth I decided to go with silicone implants I wanted a very natural look. The surgery itself only took about 2 hours and when I woke up I was in absolutely NO pain at all. The week after I was in very mild discomfort but Dr. Russo gave me meds to make sure I remained as comfortable as possible. One week out I went in for my big REVEAL..The results were AMAZING..I was so happy they were perfect a little high up but after the massage he tought me they came down perfectly. All I can say is that my friend and I are so happy we reccomend him to everyone we see. They are so natural and perfect looking I could not be happier. If you are considering bigger breasts you need to see this man..
