This company is awesome! I was brand new to the process of insuring a car, and they helped me out enormously. They were super quick and dealt with the DMV on my behalf, and helped me to reduce my premiums. Now that I am selling my car and leaving MA, they are still super helpful in transferring the title of the car and a lot of stuff that seems beyond what you would expect an insurance company to do. Every person who answers the phone is very knowledgable, and can access the policy details - I rarely have been put on hold or had to wait for answers from other staff. I am not sure how their rates compare to other companies, because I didn't have time to shop around for the best rates, but the person who referred me to Bender Insurance did his homework when he insured his car and found they had excellent prices. I would go with them again in any case for the peace of mind and great service.

This agency is without a doubt the best agency in and around Boston. If you are looking for honesty and integrity, great customer service and knowledgeable insurance people, this is the place for you. A loyal customer of many years
