They work hard so you don't have to!. I was completely overwhelmed when I was injured in a motor vehicle accident. I had a three month recovery, and was inundated with paperwork and phone calls to/from the insurance companies. Upon hiring the law firm of Joel Schwartz, the burden of handling my own claim was lifted. I worked specifically with Atty Thomas DiBiase and paralegal Will Nunes. They are great; kind,understanding, and accomodating. They explained everything that they would be doing over the coming months to resolve my claim, and kept in contact throughout the process. I also received a timely response whenever I contacted the office with questions. I never felt that I was "just another client." My claim was resolved quickly, my medical bills were negotiated for me, and Atty DiBiase and Will Nunes were able to maximize my recovery in the settlement.
