Ex:Honest, Hard-working mechanics. Unbelievable service, excellent repair work for a large accident. Kevin, whose in charge of repair, is excellent to work with. He sent a ton of status updates via email periodically, and even fixed an electrical problem at no charge. I highly recommend Glenville terrace auto body.

Honest and Great Quality Work for a Great Price!. I got two quotes from other shops of $1,400 and $1,300 before going to Glenville Terrace Auto Body Shop. I wanted three things, a tune-up and to replace my windshield wipers. The third was a loud grinding noise in the front two tires that needed fixing. I left my car for the tune-up and evaluation of the noise. They called me and I was very happy. I spent $55.00 for the tune-up and wipers. The sound in the front tires was fixed at no cost. They saved me over $1,200.00. Great shop and I will never go any where else for my auto needs.

What I love about this shop is they are honest and true mechanics. They pay their mechanics and body shop people a salary. They don't work on commission so they do not need to jack up the price and give bogus quotes to generate a commission for their work. They do not rip off their customers and that is what makes them stand above other shops.

Great work and very good customer service. I was put through to glenville auto body from my insurance. It's the first time I've had car work done here in Boston so I was obviously a bit nervous. This was all set aside once I spoke with them. I was speaking primarly with Carlton who's a great guy. He was very upfront about everything and even pointed out a few things that they might also need to look at. Long story short is that it came out perfect, the service was very fast (two days) and Carlton kept in touch the whole time which is invaluable in my book.

Best shop I've ever dealt with!. I am new to the Boston area, and when someone decided to break the mirror off of my car, I didn?t have a set place to go. When I went to Glenville Terrace Auto Body, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful: explained all my options to me and helped me get the best deal. In addition, the work was done in less than 24 hours and looks as good as or better than new! What really inspired me write a review was that they washed my car! It was rather dirty, so that was appreciated, but then when I got in the car I saw that they polished and vacuumed the interior, too! I couldn?t believe it! This kind of service is far above standard and they should be commended for it.
