“When you shop at Lunett Optic, you not only get fashionable frames and great customer service, you get the confidence that can only come from working with professionals.”
“My lenses have always come out perfectly from Lunette (unlike my previous eye doctor who produced sub-par lenses for my frames and still charged me full price).”
Outstanding customer service. I love Ted, Carol and Dr. Rett. I would highly recommend Lunette to anyone.. The staff here are patient and helpful, and they go the extra mile. My lenses have always come out perfectly from Lunette (unlike my previous eye doctor who produced sub-par lenses for my frames and still charged me full price). They are accomodating and knowledgeable. They have advanced equipment for eye exams, and high end frames. I highly recommend Lunette because they take the time to help you, and genuinely care about your satisfaction with your vision and frames. The only negative thing I could possibly say is that the space is a bit small, so they do not have an extensive amount of trial pairs. I have been to other Opticians in downtown Boston, and no one compares to Lunette!…
Positive Experience - Highly Recommended. When you shop at Lunett Optic, you not only get fashionable frames and great customer service, you get the confidence that can only come from working with professionals. Throughout tthe whole proces, from eye exam to frame selection, the doctors and opticians are committed to helping you see your best and look your best. What a great team...Carol, Ted, Michelle and Doug thank you!…
Best selection and service I have experience in an optical shop....
My only shopping weakness is eyeglasses and I was amazed by the selection of designer glasses this shop had to offer. At first I was intimidated, but the staff was super friendly and they knew what
they were doing... they picked out frames that I would have never attempted to try on my own and I am so glad they did. I ended up with 2 two pairs of glasses, a cool pair of rimless glasses by Lindberg and a funky pair of Theo's for my nights and weekends.
They also fit me in their schedule for an eye exam. The doctor was very knowledgeable and I did not feel rushed. Her equipment was state of the art and she also took a picture of the back of my eye instead of dilating them. I am sure they were not a bargain store but worth every penny!…
Gorgeous frames.
My last three pairs of glasses were chosen by Ted. You give him a sense of what you are looking for and he is able to produce the perfect frame for your face. I always go with the first one he
suggests, even after looking through the rest of the collection.
I know of nowhere else in Boston that has as good of a collection of European frames.
In addition to being conveniently located in the Financial District, the store has an excellent female optometrist who has fine tuned my prescription. I am uptight about my eyes and she is such a professional that I relax in her hands.…
Avoid-nasty customer service.
-screwed up my perscription, the only nice doctor in there is a tall man who helped me fix it. The other doctor who is a woman doesn't know what she is doing
-The eye glass fitter asked me if I put 2 contacts in one eye and wondered if that is why i couldn't see...like i am an idiot...and it was because the doc screwed up...coudln't see right for 2 months, caused an astigmatism.
-called to pick up perscription, woman was nasty and told me to wait a minute in a sassy voice. Will not be going back to this place. Rude. I was always pleasant even when this woman screwed up on my eyes.…
