DONâ??T TRUST THEM. My boyfriend had his car towed there after hearing that they were an okay place to get some work done and not knowing of any other reputable auto shops we decided to give them a try.

WHAT A DISASTER!!! It has been 7 days now and his car is still not fixed!! The man who runs the shop is a complete liar, dishonorable, disrespectful jerk. He has lied to us and at this point we aren’t even sure if he has damaged the car and definitely not sure if the car is even going to get fixed.

He told us it was the starter so we okayed him to replace the starter, went to pick it up the next day and car doesn’t start! We call him and he states he doesn’t know why that he is going to have his mechanics look at it. Now during this time he NEVER calls us to check in and let us know what is happening to the car, we are calling him. Every time we attempted to ask he would blow up at us and scream that we aren’t giving him respect and that he knows how to do his job.

Long story short, he screwed us out of $350 and I hope that not one person will ever make the mistake to you use this man’s shop for business. We have already filed a report with the BBB on this guy so take your car ANYWHERE but here!!

Fair prices and very accomodating. The mechanics are experienced and trustworthy. They aren't the best in terms of customer service, but its the kind of place you know you're not being ripped off and you know that they looked at your car thoroughly. They even loaned me a car to drive for the day while they serviced my car. Who does that?

My experiences have always been good here. Contrary to travelinrob I've always had good repair experiences with these guys. They service foreign cars and their prices are fair and the service prompt. They can get parts same day or install parts customers buy online from reputable sources. It's a lot less expensive than going to the dealer and after your car hits a certain age you don't want to pay those rates anymore!

Ripoff Warning - Dishonest Shop. The mechanic at Canton Shell Station told me that my car required serious and expensive repairs. He told me it wasn't safe to drive and was very anxious to set to up an appointment right away. I took my vehicle for a second opinion, only to find out there was nothing wrong with it. I would have been out hundreds of dollars if I hadn't gotten that second opinion. These people are crooks, avoid them.
