Easy and stress free sale

Unfortunately I know all too well the typical stereotypes about the car sales experience. I change cars frequently and I find myself in a dealership almost annually. I've purchased two cars from the Automall (two Mercedes) and each time the experience was stress free, and sort of fun.
The sales guy (Jason) knows his cars and is enthusiastic, but knows how to walk the fine line between being enthusiastic and pushy.
They're prices are unbeatable and the process is smooth.

Superb transaction

I planned on purchasing my wife a car for our anniversary, but had one day to accomplish the task without her knowing - the day before, since she was out of town.
I had done my research, found the cars I wanted to see, and Dedham Auto Mall was on my list of places to go.
I went there first, found the Audi Q7 I was looking for, and worked a great deal, without all the bank and forth I experienced at other dealerships.
After the deal, they were able to rush the registration and plates, and I took delivery that same day. They even icluded the red bow on the car for my wife.
They were professional, friendly, and went the extra distance for me. I highly recommend them.

Very pleasant experience

Just a quick note on my experience with Dedham Automall and my 2006 Mini Cooper. I purchased the vehicle over the internet and phone with Ryan. I had the Cooper delivered to California in a timely fashion and the vehicle arrived in the same condition that was stated to me over the phone.
It's awesome and looks brand new. No problems with the CA smog testing. Everything went extremely smoothly. It was a pleasure working with a professional salesman (Ryan). Thank you very much and I look forward to doing business the next time I need a vehicle.

Great Dealership and staff

Live in RI but found the drive to Dedham to be well worth it. Ryan (sales) was great to deal with and very knowledgable. Purchased a Lexus with low mileage at a great price and the car has been a pleasure to drive. Post sales Ryan has been very responsive to any questions and/or follow up. A great dealership that I have recommended to family and friends.

Dedham Auto Mall – I just purchased a 2006 Mercedes E350-4matic with 22,186 miles from them (mint condition). I live in CT about 150 miles away. I called and told them about my interest. I drove on Sat and completed the deal quickly. I’ve driven the car and took it to Mercedes dealer for Service. No problem.
All the people in particular, Ryan (Sales), Ben (extended warranty) and Jahan (Manager) performed very professional. They are all very knowledgeable, educated and extremly helpful. They tried very hard to take care of all the paper work and some of my requirements so I can get back on the road quickly.
I was personally very impressed. Good selection of cars with very competitive prices. I understand, they have been around for quite a while. I strongly recommend checking their website or visiting them. I did both and very happy.
