I've practiced at the center for years now and have to say there's nothing like it. I tried many other yoga and meditation practices, but this one is definitely the best. The instructors are very warm and energetic. The exercises are different than traditional hatha, but actually quite amazing. There's a bunch of negative stuff about them on the web, but after reading through it I didn't really see anything that was THAT freaky - certainly not enough to make me give up my practice. If I were you I'd definitely check out the center before making any decisions one way or another. I've been coming for 3 years just renewing my basic (and reasonably priced, I might add) class membership every 6 months and haven't felt pushed even once. Others want more intensive private healing programs, etc. and are very happy with doing that. The important thing is *think for yourself*, rather than following all these paranoid scare stories people are posting up there. If you look and see the "negative" stuff that's out there 90% of it comes from people who just get "spooked" because the place seems different than others, or from so-called "cult experts" who are financially bound to continue their crusading witch hunts. Others are ex-instructors who come and trash talk after being "shown the light" by aforementioned experts. Guaranteed you just trust your instincts and you will be rewarded with a great experience here.

Pros: Awesome place, great instructors.

Cons: Paranoid reviews.

Dahn Yoga is an underground multimillion dollar cult business disguised as Yoga. The instructors are all programed to achieve one goal while working as slaves for their programmer, "DR" Ilchi Lee. To get more students regardless of students' financial situation. At first, you might not see what is hidden behind this evil organization since the first stage is about enticing you with unlimited love. But, higher ups in the organization are corrupted and does not practice what they preached. In fact, "Dr". Ilchie Lee is convicted felon in South Korea and served time in jail for selling unlicensed health food products. I lost my sister to this organization and I don't want you guys to go through the same thing that my family is going through. Please, do some googling on this evil empire before considering a lesson from them. -msk
