Prospero does wonders!. I attempted to clean my Uggs myself after spilling oil on them. Bought the Ugg cleaner and only made things worse. They dried horribly with black spots that had hardened. Brought them into Prospero's and in a few days they were like brand new! The stains were removed the the nap was restored to the state in which I had bought them. The service was amazingly friendly and the price was certainly reasonable. Definitely will go back!

This is the best Shoe repair I've seen so far. Amazing what they can do with 'impossible' repairs. My boss' uber-expensive watchband that had literally disinegrated came back looking like new. Super friendly and customer-service oriented. And they seem to take a lot of pride in doing the job with excellence. Prices are very reasoable. Glad I found them.
