I ordered flowers on Feb. 13th to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They had to go 4 blocks away. I ordered a mixed bouquet and scheduled them for a 10 am arrival. 1) They never got delivered. I had to pick them up myself while I was trying to get ready to pick up my girlfriend for dinner. 2) They were the wrong flowers. I got a dozen roses. Very nice but not what I wanted or paid for. 3)I was promised a full refund and have yet to see it. these people SUCK!!!
