HORRIBLE. Bad employee( Kevin jr.) owes me $750.00 for a car I transported for them. He later cursed at me and hung up on me because he doesn't want to admit he made a big mistake. Spread the word, this company is terrible!

Bad company bad people bad service. I normally never post reviews because I dont have the time but I saw the 2 previous posts and just had to. Because it seems looking back every time there is a negitive written a postitive attempts to block it. Chips Transport is NOT a reliable company. It took them 3 1/2 weeks to transport my car to CA from MA. They told me a carrier cancelled then it had a flat tire. It was excuse after excuse. After having to put out #200 worth of rental fees because their original " 10-14 days" wasnt met they gave me a line of crap saying we dont cover rental car fees..But they didnt even give me a break on the price. You would think a stand up company that they say they are they would do something about it? but noo nothing. ALL in ALL ive gotten better service from other companies and I wouldnt use them again. They dont disclose all necessary info at the time of booking and by the time you find out..its too late

Excellent car transport. I don't usually write reviews, but I happened to see a bad review for Chips Transport and couldn't believe it. I have used Chips Transport for three round trips to Florida, and I will keep using them every year. Why? Because they are on time, honest, don't scratch my car, keep to their quote, and are friendly and helpful. They will pick the car up at your door if you want, or you can leave it at a terminal. (I, personally, like the door-to-door service.) I can't believe the bad review I saw. Sometimes it takes two to have an argument.

Great service. My experience has been satisfactory. My vehicle was delivered on time as promised. I will not hesistate to use Chips Transport again. Make sure to contact Steve for a great customer care.

Car Transport. I recently shiped my car from Massachusetts to Florida, and booked my reservation with Steve who was very informative. I was given a time frame of four to seven days and they arrived within the time frame given. The company was very professional and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Worst company I ever worked with. OMG!!! (Nicole and steve)

Chips transport is sooooo bad with customer service and giving the correct information. I was going to ship my car from California to south Carolina and they promised to pick up my car on a certain date and did not pick it up till well over a week. When my bill came, they had charged more than they said they would. They also charged a processing fee for credit card usage and did not inform me they would when i spoke with them. It all felt like i was duped. I called and spoke to Nicole and Steve and they were soooo nasty.

Not happy at all.

The very best car shipping company!. Chip's Transport is by far the best car transport company I have ever used. I have dealt with many other companies in the past and Chip's was head and shoulders above the rest. Their prices are fair and their employees are friendly and very skilled. I was extremely impressed the driver got that huge truck on my little street! The care they always use with my cars is very impressive and I have never had any problems. To find a car shipping company that is quick and reliable was harder than I imagined until my neighbor recommended Chip's to me and I'm very glad she did. I can not imagine my wife and I ever using a different company to move our cars to Florida ever again. Thank you again for your excellent service.

Service was awesome. I just moved from Boston to New York City and needed to get my F-150 pick up truck down here. I found the professionals of Chips Transport to be very helpful. I got my truck here within 36 hours and it didn?t have one scratch on it. I really felt that they did what they promised: they treated my truck as if was their own.

Very professional car transport service!. The auto transport service at Chips transport is great. They have been moving my car for the past 5 years. Their prices are reasonable, they are always on time. Even if they have to bring my car from Boston to Florida! And the most important part is that they have never damaged any of my cars.

Great service!. Chips Transport gets a perfect score from me. I truly felt that their services were well worth the money. They offered a reasonable price, delivered my car on time and without any damage. In short, they were fast and friendly. I recommended this transport company to all my family and friends.
