Great Place to protect your boat!. This place really is great, they do any work you need on your boat and have slips & winter storage.

jha. This marina did $20,000 of damage to our boat, then lied and denied it.



After smashing the boat into the ground with the crane, and punching holes in the hull,

they tried, in the middle of the night, to "paint over" the damage and pretend nothing

had happened. They never called us, or an insurance company, but instead,

broke&entered into our boat, also in the middle of the night, to try to hide the accident.



The marina refused to release the boat to us, so we could get it properly repaired.

They made it very difficult to file a legit insurance claim. Their insurance was inadequate

or not in force.

After months of fighting with lawyers, insurers, credt companies, etc... our insurance finally paid

for the repairs. We have still lost thousands of dollars in legal fees, never mind the aggravation.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS MARINA, UNLESS YOUR LAWYER REVIEWS IT FIRST.



IF THIS MARINA DAMAGES YOUR BOAT, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE POLICE, YOUR INSURER,

ETC. IMMMEDIATELY, do not be "nice" and get screwed, like we were (and still are.)
