This place is a joke! The staff at Kalista is very unprofessional. I do not recommend it at all. The business owner doesn't care about their customer service at all either. I'm totally agree with one star reviews. I had terrible experience at this salon too. I think the owner or the staff write 5 stars reviews. I have to agree with other peoples reviews about the gossiping, bad business and very bad extensions plus the place doesn't look clean to me. This is not a salon I would ever recommend.

We are very sorry about your experience here. What did you have done? Did you call the salon about your service? Are you sure you came to Kalista? We are very clean, The owner does not write any of the reviews I don't think you can without identifying yourself. The owner cares alot about customer service it is the salon and the staffs number one concern IS customer service. As far as gossip, it is one of the rules here at the salon that there is none. If you could contact the salon and talk to a manager we would LOVE to solve any issues you have.

I saw they did a happy hour event on Mondays, So I scheduled for on and it was Amazing! This place is so cute. The girls are cute and everyone is really friendly. I loved my pedicure. I will be back!
