Editorial Review for Fisherman's Outlet Restaurant and Market – by Michelle R. Phipps

In Short
This fish emporium attracts businessmen, laborers and soul-food aficionados--proof is in the line that snakes out the door, and the patio with almost every seat filled. The line moves quickly, however, as customers shout out orders and clerks respond in kind once dishes are prepared. There are breaded and fried sand dabs, shrimp and fish, as well as charbroiled versions, including lobster, sea bass and catfish. The market sells fresh fish, shrimp and some pre-made menu items.

I am giving them a five star cause their food absolutely taste great. But they do put a lot of oil in it so if you health cautious, it may not be the best place for you.

The Fisherman's Outlet is my all-time favorite seafood restaurant. From the guys memorizing 15 different orders to the tastiest cajun sauce I've ever had, this place is an A+++++++. I go to LA for business meetings at least once a month, and always eat lunch at the Fisherman's Outlet. Hopefully they expand to San Francisco someday!

Pros: Food, Value

Cons: Wait time
