I booked a 4am reservation for a car to
pick me up in Wayland and take me to Logan Airport. At 4:15am, I called to find out where the car was. No one answered the comoany's "24 hour hotline." I left a message and never heard back.
I drove myself to the airport, but not surprisingly, missed my flight. The next available flight to my destination was not until the next day. I paid the $150 change fee, plus an incremental $310 to the airline (because the fare had increased.)
Shockingly, I never heard back from Boston Limousine. A few hours later I called and was told that "the driver was in a car accident" on the way to my home. For some reason, no one thought to call me or send another car.
The woman on the phone was incomprehensively rude considering that her company's ineptness had caused me to miss the first day of my vacation and cost me nearly $500 in incremental airfare. Not only did the company flatly refuse to compensate me for my losses, it wouldn't even provide car service for my new flight, claiming no drivers were available. (Although to be fair, I probably would have refused.)
I spent some of today's "newly found" time researching Boston Limousine. I wish I had done so before I trusted this company with my business. The number of negative reviews on Yelp and other websites is mind boggling. I am shocked they are still in business.
Don't be fooled by the company's nice looking website or the professional confirmation email you will receive after making a reservation. DO NOT USE BOSTON LIMOUZINE! It is not worth the risk.
WORST RIP OFF/ COMPLETE FRAUD. I can't give it a negative ten, so this will have to do. First, their information on the website is misleading (regarding services and prices) and second, the man who "runs" the service is a complete con. I contacted them because I wanted them to clarify some of their pricing for services before I consented to using their company. He asked for my credit card (yes, that is a maximus mea culpa on my part) and I immediately stressed to him that I did NOT want to consent to using his services yet and I was still pricing around different companies. I reiterated this to him and verified this, because he started to become dodgy on the phone. Long story short: I found it to be just as convenient and less expensive to use a cab. I get home and this evening I see that he charged my credit card $100. When I called him, he told me he charged it, too bad, couldn't help me, and to call back tomorrow (basically "get lost"). I don't like playing the "gender card," but he was extremely rude towards me; very condescending, and had chauvinist undertones in his speaking to me. I am now fighting this and contesting his behavior (which essentially amounts to fraud: I never signed anything, nor gave any kind of authorization; I have witnesses who were in the room with me when I placed the call and can testify that I made it explicitly clear he was in no way to charge my card and I saved my receipt from the taxi). Needless to say, "Michael" is a con, a scammer and a misogynist. Do not use this company.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED limousine company. This company is highly professional. We used them more than 20 times -bachelor, birthday and wedding parties, local and airport transportation - the service is WOW!!!!!! just incredible!!!!
Friendly and helpful.. I've used luxury sedan transportation around the world for airport transfers but have never been treated like royalty the way I was with my last experience with Boston Limousine. Punctual, friendly and helpful driver made me fill comfortable and safe. I've diarized your company phone number for any future trips I have to Boston. Thank you for making the entire process of our dealings easy and simple. I would be glad to refer you to my friends, family, and your potential customers.
Will definitely use the again.. I and my wife celebrated our anniversary with Boston Limousine wonderful help. Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our limo service. Our driver was very friendly, helpful and professional. The vehicle was beautiful and comfortable inside and out. As a first-time limo riders we were somewhat nervous, but Boston Limousine affordable, up-front pricing and responsive service put us at ease. Will definitely use the again.
The service was absolutely outstanding!!!!. I booked from Boston Limousine 22 passenger, Limo Party Bus for my birthday and want to tell you that we ALL had a great time. The bus and sound system was awesome. Our driver was the best!! His customer service and hospitality was phenomenal. I have booked limos in the past with other companies and Boston Limousine service was by far the very best!! From the time I called and spoke with customer service Rep to reserve the party bus, until the time we were picked up and dropped off by our driver. The price was very affordable. The service was absolutely outstanding!!!!
It was a trip with a friend!. Thank you so much, Boston Limousine for the wonderful tour that you took us on, last Sunday. My sister, our parents and I had a great time. I can think of no better way to see Boston than from the luxurious leather of a classic convertible. Not only was the car superb, but your trip was great fun and full of humor. It gave us the chance to experience the sights, sounds and smells of a great city, from the comfort of a superbly presented classic car. This wasn't a tour; it was a trip with a friend! I wish you and you Company all the success, and will be looking for you on our next visit.
Horrible customer service and professionalism. Do not depend on this company to pick you up , if they give you a phone number to call, do not expect it to work, if they offer to not charge you because they did not do the pick up , do not believe them, they will, even when they know they are wrong. Use anyone else but them
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I had to give them 1 star because there was no option to choose zero. Booked a reservation for a client online and never received an e-mail confirmation from the company. Called several times and the man said he was very busy but would send it right away. Fast forward a week and 1 day before the requested pickup...still no confirmation.
Out of fear that my client would be left at the airport, I contacted another company and booked with them. I called this company and received no answer so I left a voicemail to cancel the online reservation that had never been confirmed.
I received a call back from this nasty man with a very thick midle-eastern accent who called me every name in the book and said he would not cancel the reservation and that I must not have put my contact information in the system correctly. We argued for a few minutes and he hung up on me.
Needless to say, this is not a reputable or professional company. They are NOT BBB accredited and still have a D- rating due to complaints. Now I have to watch my bank account to make sure they don't charge me and have notified my bank that any charges from them are unauthorized.
