I booked a reservation with Boston Limousine...We had to cancel which I did almost 2 full days before...They charged me $98.40 for a service I never took! $82 plus the 20% service fee! I have worked with many limo companies in the NYC/CT area and have NEVER had them charge the full cost for a cancellation almost two days before the trip...these people have some nerve...I was sure to tell my clients and other employees not to use them for future travel. I can't believe people stay in business with that kind of customer service. Just take a look at their cancellation policy! "We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting from mistakes, the weather, family emergencies, double booking or wrong dates or information. Only if a cancellation request is made within 30 minutes after the reservation was made can it be cancelled free of cost." AWFUL!

Dealt with them twice and never again. August: The 20% service charge applied not only to the car fee, but also to the tolls and parking. Why? And there really wasn't any parking, but apparently the parking fee incorporates several airport charges. The service charge isn't a tip either. So, it's the cost of the car, parking, tolls, and random charges, 20% on top of all of that, and then a tip. Not worth the money. September: Beyond the day you make the reservation, you cannot cancel it even months ahead of time without incurring a whopping 30% charge. Death included apparently. Paraphrasing the company: "We're a business. We don't have humanity. That's why it's called a business." and "You're lucky we're not charging the full cost." So, what's the cancellation fee for? Is the car I booked going to be used only 70% that day now? I should have kept the reservation and made them pick up non-existent people. Awful company. Awful attitude. Awful service.
