Terrible! Stay Away!. Brown Brothers repaired our roof a few years ago, while working through a general contractor. They did a terrible job. The roof has given us repeated problems ever since.

To make matters worse, Brown Brothers is dragging us into small claims court. Talk about adding insult to injury. Never mind that we paid the contractor we used in full, and that we never even knew Brown Brothers was involved or even existed until we got the notice from the court.

To make matters worse, customer service is awful. I had to call countless times to get through to the managers and owner of the business. Every time I talked to anyone, they would tell me to call back or take a message that never led to a returned phone call. They consistently failed to follow through with what they said they would do.

Totally unprofessional. DO NOT USE.

Repaired roof and guttters. They responded quickly when the water was dripping into my house and they gave me a warranty on the work they did which reassured me that the problem was corrected.

ENGLISH SPEAKING. I had my house re-shingled and gutters replaced on my home in Dedham. They did a nice job and the guys were pleasant and patient with my questions. I did worry that they would send non- english speaking guys to my house and asked the owner about this. He explained that all his men are american, english speaking roofers and not to worry. He was right, I had no worrys.
