Whether it's the high prices or the trendy location that give the waitresses the "you need us, we don't need you attitude", or societal decay, or just incompetent supervision, they sure do love to lord over their customers with impunity, ordering them to line up here, wait over there, say it our way, yadda yadda.
If I want to be insulted next time I come back to Boston, I'll go straight back to Starbucks, 443 Boylston Street, yes sir.
