fantstic..
The food in just wonderful. I love going back time and again to see how the menu keeps changing. A must do in Boston especially in the warmer months, but just as fantastic in the winter months.

The city's most clandestine lunch spot is tucked in the corner of the picturesque Gardner Museum..
In Short
Artsy twenty-somethings and zaftig matrons retreat to the rear corner of Boston's most memorable museum to lunch on an ever-changing menu of local, seasonal fare. The menu is as concise as the space itself, listing a handful of options like a smoked salmon and egg-salad club. Come wintertime, a steaming bowl of creamy lobster bisque provides a warming starter.

Charming Patio.
The Garder Cafe is charming in every way. And now that their patio is open for the spring - even more so.

HIDDEN GEM!.
This truly capped off a wonderful morning at the museum. The food is absolutely phenomenal. I had the quiche w/ salad which was so moist and the side salad was tasty without being overpowerful.
I could have ordered anything off the menu as everything looked yummy!

A fabulous lunch spot.
To top off a visit to the beautiful Gardner museum, a spot at the cafe is a must. It's a small, quiet space (with a great outdoor patio in the warmer months) with a great lunch menu. The chicken salad is unlike any I've ever had--made with dried apricots and pistachios, amazing! The menu seems to change pretty often and everything I've tried has been perfect.
