    Launched by Ivy Restaurant Group (perched right across the street), Stoddard's (expected Nov. 17) pays homage to its location's legacy as an old-school cutlery store with a suitably old-school concept featuring cask-conditioned ale, hearty food and on-site shoeshine. And everyone can cool their jets: The underground members-only club will admit both gentlemen and ladies.
