I'm all about the vices, I can't even lie. Whether it's food, drink, sunshine, or anything else. I want it, gotta have it, and it better be the best and a good value. So here it goes, a list of the vice-iest hot spots in metro Boston.

Cocktails. I love 'em. I'm a sucker for the sangria, and summer sweet martini's? Oh boy, I better hold myself back, because it's a hop-skip-and-a-jump to drink number 3 and it's only Tuesday. I love the bar bites, because what's more indulgent than calamari and a martini?
Dim sum. If you can put protein inside of dough and serve it to me, I'm happy, no questions asked, and Mary Chung's does it best. The peking ravioli are flavorful with a Szechuan-style spicy, garlicky sauce. The smaller steamer buns (xiao long bao, for those in the know) are petite, juicy, and steamed to perfection. The suan la chow show leave me wanting no more on a good day. Begging for mercy and a bigger stomach on an amazing day.
I'm a sucker for cannolis. I can't lie. And Mike's has the florentine. What does a small sugar confection cookie have to do with a cannoli? Well, when you're bored of your average pastry shell cannoli, waddle over here and have a florentine cannoli - I guarantee the crunch will have you addicted too.
Meatball pomodoro fresco pizza. It's my staple. My go-to for a comforting and amazing lunch or dinner. Housemade meatballs shaved thin, with bruschetta mix and frsh basil on an ooey-gooey garlicky white pizza? I'm salivating already.
Barbecue, barbecue, barbecue. It's a bit of a hike, but so worth it. The sauces, the cobbler, the lemonade. I love that it's not all about the beef and pork here - there's an excellent selection of chicken dishes from the 'cue and amazing side dishes - mashed potatoes anyone?
