40% mark-up on parts, 4.5 hours @ $150 an hour(plumber and helper. funny when i showed up all i saw was one person). try more like 3 hrs. never again

I have had no problems here and Dr. Shannon has done an excellent job on my teeth. I love how my teeth are now after the procedures and I definitely smile a lot more now!
